Return Policy

If you are not pleased with what you bought or if you change your mind, it is not an issue.
If you have just ordered something and you want to cancel all or part of your order, send us an e-mail as soon as possible (if possible, take the Order Confirmation we sent you and click on “reply” in your e-mail software).
If the products are yet to be shipped, your order will be modified or cancelled.
On the contrary, if the products have already been shipped, all you need to do is inform us about your intention to withdraw from the contract within 2 days after receiving the items (please, advise about the delivery details and indicate how you want the money to be refunded). You can send an email (within the same period – 2 days). Remember that within the same period (2 days) you must return the product intact (with no signs of abrasions, scratches, distortions) complete with all components and accessories, accompanied by instructions/warranties/notes and in original packaging and wrapping.
The withdrawal period will start from the moment the consumer receives the goods. The trader (Brandstudio4u.com) will refund consumers within 14 business days of the withdrawal – except the original costs of delivery – but can delay refunding if the goods haven’t been received or there’s not evidence that you have sent them back.

Brandstudio4u.com won’t bear the risk of any damage to goods during transportation.
All shipping costs for the purposes of returning the product and/or possible duty or customs taxes, are full responsibility of the customer.

If you want to partially change the ordered goods, contact our customer service as soon as possible and anyway no later than 2 days after delivery. The customer will bear the shipping cost for the return and the costs for shipping the replacement.
The 2-day “cooling off” period does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalised.
Please note, that in case of returning the items back, even if you have benefited of any discount or special condition on the shipping cost, its actual amount will be charged.
For products that have benefited from the free shipping, the shipping costs we incurred will be charged.

Damaged goods
Any damaged item will be replaced.
Please send a picture of the broken item near its original packaging within 2 days from receipt of the goods (you can send an e-mail or a registered mail).
After receiving the picture, the replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.
In case of damage, we provide a replacement not a refund.
All shipping costs for the purposes of returning the product and/or possible duty or customs taxes, are full responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURN REFUND & CANCELLATION

All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Kindly check the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page.
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 04 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning or exchanging the item to us including taxes and shipping cost.
  • All Replacements & Refund case is considered within 4 days after date of delivery.

 

Received something faulty?

  • If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry) we will happily willing to refund the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a 4 working days time with proof of purchase.
  • Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
